What is the best way to care for A.P.C. raw denim?
To maintain the unique character of our raw denim, we recommend wearing them as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash in cold water with a specialized denim detergent and air dry.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping times vary by destination, generally ranging from 5-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel, are final sale.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Local payment options may also be available depending on your shipping destination.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed quickly for shipment. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. You may return the items once they have been delivered according to our return policy.
